After spending a large part of the day running around town (still in Vero Beach) to pick up additional things we "just had to have" and having a nice lunch in an old, well established Irish Pub, we returned to the boat and set about completing some of the small task that we want to finish before starting out again.

Then, along toward early evening, we had one of Florida's infamous afternoon thunderstorms. Following are a few pictures of the storm coming in and a couple of videos after it arrived. Be sure to have your volume turned up when watching the videos and you'll be able to hear the ferocity of the storm. We were able to sit on deck and watch this storm getting just a little damp, thanks to the full hard Bimini cover Joe and Pat had installed.

Just a little more regarding the Irish pub I mentioned earlier. It's is a spin off of one in Springfield, MA, called Kelly's. It's run by a member of the same family running the one in MA and has a great collection of fire, boxing and Irish memorabilia hanging on the walls. The Corn Beef Reuben was excellent too.
